I’m Trina Cornelison — first and foremost, a human being, just like you, finding my way through the challenges and beauty of life. I am also a counselor licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hour).
For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients on their healing journeys. My work is grounded in the belief that each of us carries an innate wisdom and self-healing capacity within. My intention is to help you reconnect with your body and its inner guidance by understanding your nervous system and learning how it communicates with you.
I believe deeply in this process because I’ve lived it myself. My own healing has come through developing a relationship with my body and nervous system—learning to listen, honor, and respond with compassion. This personal transformation continues to shape how I support others.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mother of two adult sons who mean the world to me. I’m also a nature lover (especially the mountains), an animal enthusiast, and a lifelong student. I find joy in movement that feels good to my body and in activities that foster connection—with myself, my loved ones, and a community of like-minded souls.
