Join me for a six-week therapeutic yoga group designed to support you in understanding and regulating your nervous system through the lens of Polyvagal Theory. This group offers a compassionate space to explore anxiety not as something to fix, but as a message from your body — a guide leading you back to safety, balance, and connection. This group is not meant to replace mental health therapy or medical care; it can be a wonderful complement to other forms of care.
What you can expect:
This series is for anyone experiencing anxiety/chronic stress who longs for deeper connection to themselves, their bodies, and to a sense of safety within.
